      Excellence recipe:

Your distinction is made with your own hands

The recipe in brief:

 a job you love + an opportunity to seize + a desire to lead       

Does the recipe seem difficult to make?

Know that success attracts success

 

                           

 You may have questions that you sometimes cannot answer, questions that can touch the core of your feelings.

 Do you think you lived your childhood in a balanced way?

Do you feel like you are an amazing person and deserve the best?

Or more clearly, are you now comfortable with your situation in life? Or are you one of those who are overworked, or are they attributed what is called poor performance?

         The answers to these questions can determine who you are and  

         where you stand in this world. I believe many will answer it:

My childhood was not normal ..... I did not get what I deserve ..... without the circumstances, my condition would have been ... I could have done a lot without ...

 

             

I think most of the answers will be negative.

Yeah, do you know why?

Because man is part of his environment, his living conditions govern him, and affect him positively or negatively, so either his surroundings push him forward and bring him to the top, or he will be disappointed and not achieve anything in his life.

 But there is one exception to achieving excellence, which depends on the strength of character, willpower, and the ability to challenge and face life's difficulties.

From there, excellence begins in my opinion.

Excellence is not the preserve of anyone :

I believe that each one of us is unique, but discrimination differs from one person to another, so what distinguishes this does not necessarily distinguish you.

To know if you are a special person or not, you must first know the meaning of distinction::

Many people confuse the term excellence with some other terms and concepts such as genius, talent, mental superiority, and innovation. As a result of Terman's efforts in the twenties of the last century, the concept of giftedness was associated with the concept of intelligence, whereby IQ test scores were used to determine the gifted individual, as the gifted, in his opinion, are those with clear abilities and high accessibility.

In the late fifties of the last century, interest in mental talent shifted to innovation through Guilford and Torrance, then interest in the study of talent that developed in different areas of life, and some psychologists indicated that distinction is a multi-step mental process, and others see excellence in production. Something new and unprecedented. Another group sees distinction in light of the personal characteristics and the cognitive and emotional characteristics that distinguish the individual from other ordinary people.

 As for the most preferred definitions, it is Marland's definition, because he relied on a set of criteria in his definition of distinction. An individual who shows outstanding performance in relation to the age group to which he belongs in one or more of the following dimensions: high mental ability, high creativity, high academic achievement ability, ability to perform outstanding skills, ability to persevere and commitment, strong. Motivation, independent flexibility in thinking and other personality traits. "

Excellence, then, is about innovating in one area and excelling in an extraordinary way. If you reconsider your accomplishments, you will congratulate yourself on a wonderful or exceptional work that you have done in your life. This is for sure.

Being successful is not a coincidence, it is something pre-planned.Imagine where you want to be, imagine yourself at your best, close your eyes and savor contentment and happiness. All this will inspire you to excel.

Your ability to achieve unprecedented results that surpass yourself and others, avoid error as much as possible by relying on clarity of vision, goal setting, correct planning, proper implementation and continuous evaluation.
